Really great service collecting over 30 cartons of wine from our place, where they had been stored, to the reception hall for an upcoming wedding. Pick up was 15 minutes later than scheduled, but I received a phone call from Ali the driver, letting me know he would be late, and he was extremely apologetic and courteous. He called me, as requested, when he was on approach so I could meet him outside. The boxes were moved rapidly, safely and effectively from our storeroom to his van, and then as promised, he sent through photos of the boxes having been delivered safely, less than an hour later. So in all, very professional service with great communication. Highly recommend!
